Our dedicated Tooling Division is equipped with over 30 advanced machines including CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, Wire-Cut EDM (Medium & Fast Speed), and Grinders. This allows us to control the entire mold lifecycle—ensuring precision, durability, and fast turnaround for your projects.

Stamping & Forming

Leveraging our self-made molds, we operate a massive fleet of 700+ mechanical presses (25-400 tons) and 100+ hydraulic presses (80-800 tons) for high-volume, consistent production.

Our workshop is equipped with Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Press Brakes, and various welding (Spot, CO2, Argon Arc) and assembly machines to handle complex part fabrication.

Surface Treatment & Finishing

We provide a full range of finishing services to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements: Surface Treatment (Painting & Coating): Equipped with a modern metal painting line, the process covers pre-treatment (degreasing , phosphating, etc.), automated spraying (wet paint/powder coating), and high-temperature curing, ensuring uniform coating, excellent adhesion, and strong corrosion resistance.
